The purpose of the Vegan: When, What, Where, Why, and How to Live a Plant-based Lifestyle course is assisting people to know
more about the importance of eating vegan, impact on the environment, and living a healthy lifestyle. The students would
come away from the course learning the basics of plant-based living and steps toward becoming vegan.
The classes are held either student attending in-person or virtual through social media or other electronic devices.
The student is required to preregister for the six-week course with classes held twice a week.
