Emotional Wellness Music for Releasing Negative Emotions

When younger, in our pre-teens and adolescent years, did we think much about the foods placed inside our mouths? As a teenager and young adult, many of us were fortunate to eat various forms of foods that would not negatively affect our bodies. As our bodies grow beyond our years, we notice that we could not eat large amounts of pizza, potato chips, candy, cakes, and a host of other unhealthy foods. These former foods with high sugar, salt, and fat that we formerly ate now have a negative impact on our bodies, such as our waistline, ability to wear certain clothing, how we think and behavior, and fitness and nutrition levels.

Have you ever wondered how to exercise safely and eat healthy and nutritious meals and stay fit at age 50 and beyond?

We are starting a new movement for people age 50 and beyond to move, eat, and think with healthy, nutritious plant-based food consumption, exercise, fitness, and wellness of body, mind, soul, and spirit!
